This 8-week journey is designed for those students who already have some experience with yoga and feel familiar with foundational postures — and are ready to evolve.
Over the course, Lisa will guide you through:
🌿 Intelligent alignment that works for your body
🌿 Clear breakdowns of transitions between postures
🌿 Breath-work and relaxation techniques
🌿 Flowing sequences that build progressively each week
Expect supportive teaching, space to move at a comfortable pace, and options to gently challenge yourself as your confidence grows.

Meet Laura
Join Laura on Monday’s 9-10am or on Fridays 7.30-8.30am for her Somatic Yoga classes!
Laura believes that Yoga is about finding the space you need to grow, move, heal and grow again.
Laura has been a student of yoga since 2004, and her practise has taken her on many journeys, all of which have offered nurture and escapism on her life’s path. They have always shown up at the right time and supported her when and where she has needed them most. Yoga is intuitive. Yoga is being held and then landing in a space which feels comforting yet expansive.

Sinead teaches our Gentle Flow Yoga Class 7.45-8.45pm on Thursdays.
Sinead’s class is designed to help you move with more intention, awareness and compassion. This class embraces mindful movement to foster harmony between the mind, body and breath.
