All set for Monday 17th May 10am, looking forward to seeing everyone and any new people please message or call me to chat or ask any questions. All fitness levels welcome as a low impact option will be given. Hi everyone it's been a challenging year, some of us have been continuing the classes on Zoom and we've had a lot of fun even if we've forgotten to go on mute! 🤣
I've been busy with my acting too filming my Radox advert! 😅
I'm hoping that we can return to the centre's in April so I'll keep you all posted.
