Dan Fisher began his career in the fitness industry under the guidance of Phillip Hanna at Kosher Fitness who he worked along side whilst gaining his qualifications. At the age of 19 Dan qualified with the British Weight Lifting Association (BWLA) as a certified weight lifting instructor with his main interest at the time being strength training. Dan hoped work up to competition level but his pass
ion for other sports took over. Shortly after this, Dan continued his education to complete a level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal trainer course and has broadened his level of knowledge across the whole fitness spectrum. Dan has competed in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is confident in teaching clients at novice level in both these martial arts and would encourage anyone interested in martial arts to start their journey as soon as possible. Dan’s main focus and teaching now centre around dietary requirements related to exercise which he finds is often the area which requires extra attention. Dan has been successful in changing the lifestyles of various clients to incorporate healthier, more dedicated eating to match their hard work in the gym and on the mat.
