Every dancer is on their own journey♥️

Some are taking their very first steps. Others are working towards their next big goal.

What matters is progress at their own pace, celebrating their wins and enjoying the journey along the way.

There is always space to start ✨

Confidence grows in the doing ✨

Trying the step.
Getting it wrong.
Trying again.
Performing in front of others.
Realising, little by little, “I can do this.”

That is one of our favourite things about watching dancers grow ♥️

We’ve had a busy day of CPD with idta_nw_theatre studying ballet grades, progressions and those little details to ensure our students blossom 🌷, plus it's always great having a catch-up with fellow teachers ☕

What you see… Hopscotch 👀
What we see… 👇

✅ Turn taking
✅ Jumping from 1 foot to 2 feet
✅ Jumping from 2 feet to 1 foot
✅ Resilience… loads of it 🔥
✅ Concentration… they are in the ZONE!
✅ Weight transference
✅ Coordination and balance
✅ Building those all important footwork skills 👣

We could go on… but ultimately, they’re learning, developing and having fun without even realising it.

And we think they’re pretty AMAZING too ♥️🖤🤍

The little things add up 💜

One class, one correction, one new skill, one more try.

Progress in dance rarely happens overnight, it grows through consistency, encouragement and lots of small wins along the way.

Here’s to another week of showing up and growing ✨
