As many of you will already know Becky & I have decided to close down Elliott’s Greengrocers. We’ve come to the end of our lease and we’ve decided not to renew it.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our lovely loyal customers, it’s been an amazing experience the past 6 years. We love being apart of the Chorlton community and we will be staying in the area but we intend to concentrate on Reach Out to the Community, the charity that Becky and I founded in May 2016.

Reach Out to the Community helps those without homes and people struggling in food poverty, we intend to build up the support that we currently offer and we have a Community Hub at 488 Wilbraham Road.

We'll be cooking for the homeless outside Reach Out to the Community next Saturday, 7th October from 12 - 3pm in the build up to National Homeless day on 10th October. Please come and learn about the issues and the many ways in which you can help.
This is funded by Big Lottery Fund as part of a project with Macc (Manchester Community Central) who will be training up community members to become Community Reporters so that the voices of the homeless can be heard. This will be made into a film by filmmaker Clara Casian to be screened to Mayor Andy Burnham.
