So much more is going on when a boxer is on the heavy bag then just wacking the f$%K out of it...or at least it should be ๐Ÿค”โฃ

Well when I'm on the heavy bag I visualise my opponent, I imagine him coming forward and throwing punches. I have to feint and level change my way in with slips, rolls as well as moving out and moving laterally to create different looks and angles.โฃ

When I throw to the body I imagine landed just underneath the elbow either on his liver or through his ribcage, trying to inflict as much direct damage.โฃ
