Step 1: Complete the online theory course. Go at your own pace. Ask questions in our forum any time.

Step 2: Come to the practical days. You'll plan and run short coaching sessions and cover more theory.

GBR Grappling team selection. Training day.

Sunday 30 August, 11am - 1pm
British Wrestling HQ, Manchester

Train with other prospects and get assessed for the GBR team heading to the 2026 World Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan.

You'll need one of:
An ADCC Trials medal
An IBJJF Major medal (any belt)
A national wrestling medal, or equivalent experience
