A lovely weekend at Village Nottingham with my daughter Abi whilst she successfully smashed her first aid course 💖

Last week reminded me why I love what I do so much 💖
A full class, new faces, and such a supportive, welcoming energy in the room. 💖

Sunday reflections 🤍💖💜
For the past 12 years I’ve had the privilege of teaching Pilates in this community, and I still love it just as much as when I started.😘
Watching women show up week after week, building strength, confidence and supporting each other, is the most rewarding part of what I do.😘
Helping women realise what their bodies are capable of is why I love teaching Pilates so much.🧘♀️🥰

First Reformer Pilates class complete 💖🧘♀️💫
Reformer can sometimes look a little intimidating, but it’s actually one of the most supportive and adaptable ways to move your body.
Every exercise can be adjusted to suit you and your strength.💖
My gorgeous friend jo_gemmell75 completed her first class today at gx_reform and she absolutely loved it. 💖🧘♀️
Watching someone realise they’re stronger than they thought is one of the reasons I love my job. 😘
