After a much-needed break in beautiful Croatia 🇭🇷☀️, with plenty of time to rest, recharge and reset, I’m back teaching this week! 🧘‍♀️💖

Last week reminded me why I love what I do so much 💖

A full class, new faces, and such a supportive, welcoming energy in the room. 💖

Sunday reflections 🤍💖💜

For the past 12 years I’ve had the privilege of teaching Pilates in this community, and I still love it just as much as when I started.😘

Watching women show up week after week, building strength, confidence and supporting each other, is the most rewarding part of what I do.😘

Helping women realise what their bodies are capable of is why I love teaching Pilates so much.🧘‍♀️🥰

On Mother’s Day, I’m especially grateful for all the amazing women and mums in this beautiful Pilates community. 🌷Happy Mother’s Day 🌸💖

First Reformer Pilates class complete 💖🧘‍♀️💫

Reformer can sometimes look a little intimidating, but it’s actually one of the most supportive and adaptable ways to move your body.

Every exercise can be adjusted to suit you and your strength.💖

My gorgeous friend jo_gemmell75 completed her first class today at gx_reform and she absolutely loved it. 💖🧘‍♀️

Watching someone realise they’re stronger than they thought is one of the reasons I love my job. 😘
