Prices start from £400 (early bird for September) and are £415 for a shared apartment with a shared bedroom and £460 for a shared apartment with own room.

July Yoga Retreat 4th July - 6th July
We’re so happy to be sharing this opportunity for three days of stillness and expansion with you!
This is a weekend retreat running from Friday 4th July until Sunday 6th July 2025.
It’s going to be held in the Colne Valley. Around 45 minutes drive from Manchester.
What this weekend is going to be-
This weekend will be focused on calming the body and the mind. It is three days to escape the everyday; you’ll be away from work, home and family obligations. This is an opportunity to focus on yourself, to tune into your body’s natural desire to be still and calm.
Your meals will be provided for you by Vic, she’ll be cooking nutritious whole-food vegetarian meals over the weekend. The food will focus on using a variety of seasonal organic vegetables and proteins. With lots of flavour, but also high in vitamins and nutrients.
The Practice
Yoga
Yoga Nidra / Restorative Practices
Pilates
In the day there will be a selection of mellow flow, hatha yoga, and pilates classes. There will be a mix of gentle flows, and also some practises focusing on strength and stamina. We will be doing standing, seated and lying postures with some balances and the option for inversions added in.
As in the evenings draw in we will be concentrating on yin and yin inspired practices, mediations and yoga Nidra. These practices are incredibly powerful in deepening your sense of relaxation, helping you drop into the body and getting your mind ready for a restful sleep.

The Rooms and Centre
The Westwood Retreat Centre is an old church which has been restored into a beautiful centre overlooking rural West Yorkshire. It’s set out into multiple flats, with a communal hall for practices and meals.
You will be staying in a flat, each flat has it’s own lounge and kitchen - you will be provided with fruit, tea and coffee during your weekend. So you can relax in company or on your own.
