Industria Personnel Services Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced Reach Truck & Counterbalance (CB) Drivers to join our team in Hinckley, LE10.

Pay & Shift
£14.00 per hour
Monday to Friday
08:30am – 5:00pm (Day Shift)
Temporary, ongoing

Role Overview
As a Forklift Truck Driver, you will be responsible for:
Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance safely and efficiently
Picking and putting away stock using FLT
Supporting general warehouse duties, including scanning, loading, and unloading goods
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Requirements
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar FLT role
Valid, accredited Reach Truck & Counterbalance licences
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Full training will be provided

📍 Lutterworth LE17
🕛6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am rotating (Days and Nights) 4 on 4 off.

💷Salary:
-Day Shift Monday – Friday: £15.58 p/h
-Day Shift Weekend: £16.47 p/h
-Night Shift Monday – Friday: £17.01 p/h
-Night Shift Weekend: £17.92 p/h



Job Type:
Temporary ongoing, with potential of permanent placement for the right applicant, after qualifying period (12 weeks)


✔️Key responsibilities & duties:

- Safely operate FLT equipment (Reach Truck) in line with strict on-site health and safety procedures
- Carry out daily pre-use safety checks on all equipment
- Move palletised goods to designated locations within the warehouse
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean and organised working environment
- Work in a physically demanding role due to the nature of the warehouse environment



Qualifications and Certifications:

✔️Hold a valid Reach Truck Licence (example. NPORS or RTITB)

✔️Minimum 6 month experience required

✔️Possess basic numeracy and literacy skills

✔️Exhibit strong communication skills
