Tippy Hoop is a whole new plane and dynamic to the wonderful ring of steel that we all love so much. Whether you are a true Sweetie Darling, or you usually train elsewhere you’ll be more than welcome to come and explore the tilt with us. Taught by Tabbi Rose, our wonderful, cruise shipping friend, this session is suitable for those with some experience and a secure mount (ie, Beginner + onwards), Improver + and intermediate students can enjoy a bit of additional time exploring flow or more advanced movements. 7 – 7.55 = Beginner + and beyond 7 – 8.15 = Improver Plus, Intermediate and Intermediate + (Elementary and Advanced students from other studios are most welcome)

When it's the last class of the year, and your bestie is out of the game recovering from surgery, then true style, you show up with your best game regardless and get to play with the utterly amazing 🥰🎄❄️💜🎪 A real pleasure to all still be flying together over a decade later 🥰🥳🥹 And the utterly amazing did get to do some very brief and very supported dangling too - apparently it was her last day of being told to not do the things 🫣😅😉🤪

The best end to the most amazing year, in our very own venue, having hosted our very first SOLD OUT showcase (rumour has it, we put on an epic show, to rival the pros!), and having grown our dream community circus beyond what we might have imagined, despite it being the hardest of times in terms of the funding landscape.

We'll soon be into the new year, finally offering the long promised alongside our hoop, trapeze, silks, sling, aerial pilates, juggling, mobility and flexibility, pelvic floor health, and even more exciting options coming in the New Year! (Claude the Cloud Swing may also appar!)

But for now, enjoy yourselves some peaceful festive times as we too take a well earned rest - thank you to all our SweetieDarlings - we love you 🥰🎪💜❄️🎄🤹🏻‍♂️🤹🏻‍♀️🤸

Led by our very own body geek Sophie, known for national workshops such as "Sophie Fixes You" this workshop will definitely improve how you are feeling, both physically and mentally. (The 2 things are linked so very closely you know!)

Wrapped in the safety of your own hammock, you can expect to make some unusual movements which will relax and strengthen your niggly bits. Then you are rewarded for your effort with a blissful lay down.
