A few months ago we said "bon voyage!" to our senior dancer Freya as she headed off to university... However she decided she was going to miss us too much πŸ€ͺ and this evening started in her new role as Fusions Assistant Coach after deferring a year at universityπŸ€ͺπŸ€—πŸ’œ

During the warm up she said "it's nice to be watching them do burpees instead of having to do them myself!" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

It’s always lovely to hear from the participants when historic stiffness and injuries are becoming less of a bug-bear.

With gentle work each week the motion increases within the joint, less pain and the surrounding muscles are starting to relax.

If you have a previous injury and would like some gentle stretch and relaxation why not join us on a Thursday morning πŸ€—
