On Monday 14th September, we’re coming together at The Yard to honour a true Manchester legend — Ricky “The Hitman” Hatton. 💙

45 rounds. One round for every win of an incredible career.

This isn’t a fundraiser. It’s simply a chance for us to remember Ricky, celebrate what he achieved, and keep the conversation around mental health going.

🌿 Woodbank Park Walk – Join Us! 🌿

We’re heading out for a relaxed walk around Woodbank & Vernon Park Circular 👟

📍 Meet at: Woodbank Car Park, Lihme Moor Lane, Stockport, SK1 4BL (FREE)
⏰ Time: 10:00–10:15am (after the Shape class)
