As long as it takes…
The answer although vague is it depends ‘on you’
There are so many individual variables that will affect how quickly you become ‘good’ at weightlifting.
Training frequency, mobility, athletic background, patience, confidence, your strength base to name a few.
However it is also what you think is ‘GOOD’.
Some people equate good being big weight on the bar but for me consistent GOOD technique replicated over set and reps, session to session is what makes someone good.
The big weights will come… just be consistent.
Lastly BIG weights is individual to you.. some people will top out at 50kg sn**ch… some at a 150kg sn**ch.

YOUTH WEIGHTLIFTING NEWS 📰
We are looking to grow our youth weightlifting team.
If you keep a close eye on our instagram stories you will see how strong and amazing our current youth lifters are.
We’re opening 6 spots for Tuesday and Thursday sessions.
With 8 years experience coaching kids 10-16 our coach led sessions are fun but challenging. Sessions will be focused on Sn**ch, Clean & Jerk, squats, overhead pressing and deadlifts 💪
If you want to get your child into a new sport or improve their strength for another sport then weightlifting is for them!
Coach Paul is a Qualified British Weightlifting Coach and is Enhanced DBS Checked. He has coached kids at all levels from those that want to train for fun and get strong to those that have aspirations to represent their country!
For this to go ahead we would need at least 4 kids to sign up.
