I joined with nothing and left with a framework.

Not everybody takes what the military offers, but I took it all and built what you see today on it. Will always be grateful for that and made up we continue to help hundreds of aspiring and serving soldiers yearly to achieve their goals.

Sometimes you have to just take a minute to take it all in.

So proud and humble we get to put on the world’s most inclusive endurance events with my best friends.

Who signed off on the Saxophone player Red On - Endurance Events - Backyard Ultras ?!

3 things whilst we setup our next event.

1. Achieving the thing does not automatically make you feel fulfilled. If you are like me, the noise normally stops and you are left wondering what comes next… When we run events or take part, I’m always asking myself ‘now what?’
2. Momentum can sometimes matter more than motivation. You don’t need to feel ready to start moving again. Just start.
3. The bigger Red On gets, the more important the people around me become. You cannot build something at the scale I want it to be by trying to carry everything alone.
-
2 things I want to improve:

1. Being better at recognising progres before immediately moving the goalposts to the next.
2. Putting the same energy into recovery, thinking and direction that I put into doing the actual thing! The beauty is in the build and it’s easy to forget that.
-
1 thing I will do next:

Build again. And when we build this and put on the best event. Build again. Not because I am chasing another finish line. Because standing still has never suited me.
-
Red On 12 is a go!! See you all soon.
