Badminton club We're a friendly social badminton club based at Stretford leisure centre,, Manchester. Look forward to meeting you....
Currently welcoming new members of varied abilities, especially ladies. We currently participate in the Manchester Badminton League, where we have 2 teams. Our social night is Thursday between 8 - 10pm where we have 4 courts. Nomads 1 played their final game of the season last night and finished in style with a win. It's been a good season with the team finishing 2nd in Division 2. A great effort from the team, well done everyone! #

Last night Nomads 3 finished their Division 3 campaign in an away match. It's been a tough season but the players have battled through all the way to the last point. A great effort from all those who have played for Nomads 3.

Finishing the season in style, Nomads 2 won away on Friday, with a superb display of badminton. This ends a great season which sees them currently top of division 3. Well done team, fantastic 👏🏻

Last night, Nomads 1 and Nomads Open team werenin action. Both matches were 11 - 7, one match going in our favour and one to the opposition. Well done everyone who was involved.

Yesterday, members of Nomads were selected to represent their division in the annual Manchester Badminton League Majorie Consterdine Memorial Tournament. This is an inter-division handicapped competition comprising of mens, ladies and mixed doubles. Well done to Michael, Niamh and Nithin for being in the winning division and additional congrats to Niamh for winning the mixed title. All players from Nomads represented the club brilliantly at the tournament. #

Nomads Open team had an impressive win on Monday.
Not to be outdone, Nomads 3 'rose' to the occasion on Wednesday with a good victory but sadly could not repeat this on Friday. A great effort from all the players. #
