Today is World Mental Health Day.
Remember to check in on your loved ones, family and friends, your colleagues at work and down at the track, or even that stranger in the street.
There's already so much uncertainty going on in this world today and a lot of people are suffering in silence, you can be the difference in helping someone's life with that quick
phone call, or a chat in the coffee shop, on your lunch break, at school or college, or in the gym, where ever it may be you just never know
who may need that chat or just someone to listen to.
And not only to check in on the ones who seem down or a little off, check in on the ones who are being loud and
bubbly and posting their best life on social media, I can speak from experience it's becomes easier over time to put on a different mask to the outside world and around loved ones and tell everyone you're fine and ok when you're not.
If you are struggling remember this it's ok not to feel great or feel down this is very normal we are not going to be
100% everyday but if this becomes an ongoing thing, speak to your loved ones and friends or if need be seek
help see a doctor or therapist there is some amazing help out there and there is no shame getting the help or asking
for it.
It changed my life around speaking to someone and getting help, it will change yours too.
Dark times don't last forever.
