Ever wondered if you would be fit enough to enter a Hyrox Race? Or just wondering what exercises go into our fundraiser Hyrox PFT (Physical Fitness Test) sessions? We’ve put a little example of what a Hyrox PFT consists of for you. If you would@like to get involved, log into the app and book onto an *Intro To Hyrox* class - we do ask for a minimum £5 donation to help us raise money for our charities. Hyrox PFTs run from today Monday 23rd March until Thursday 26th March, 2 slots per day hosting 4 competitors per slot - 12pm / 6pm.
