We've had an absolutely incredible weekend over at Buckin’ Boots Summer Stomp with our beautiful dance fam!

From the VIP pre-party on Friday, to campsite shenanigans, new skills unlocked with learning country swing and brushing up on our twostep, lots and lots of line dancing and laughs with friends fave and new, to ending with a gold medal and EPIC belt buckle win!!!

Huge congrats to Amy and the team at Buckin' Boots Line Dancing for hosting a fantastic weekend! And of course a huge thank you to the instructors and judges, Stephen Brain, jones and the amazing Troy & Elise from Dirt Road Dancing, for guiding us through the weekend too! It was a lot of peoples first ever comp, some people's maybe 2nd, and it was also a bunch of people's first ever big event outside of their classes... So a big weekend for a lot of people which is just amazing for our gorgeous community to all be experiencing and growing together 🩵

🤠 BIRMINGHAM… WE’RE LEVELING UP 🤠🔥 Can you believe it’s been ONE YEAR of beginner nights at Low Places?! 🎂

What started as a “let’s bring bar-style line dancing to Brum” idea has turned into one of our favourite nights - packed floors, new friendships, and so many of you going from “I’ve got 2 left feet hehe” to smashing it on the social floor 💃🔥

So, for our birthday celebration… we’re levelling things up 👀

From now on, Low Places will have:

🤠 Beginner teaches (7:30-8:30pm) - brand new to line dancing? This is still the perfect place to start!

🔥 Improver teaches (8:30-9:30pm) - been dancing for a while and ready to learn some bigger dances and new steps?

And the best bit… the whole dancefloor is open to EVERYONE! Beginners can join the improver dances too - it’s all about giving things a go and having fun 🕺

Whether it’s your first dance or you’re ready for your next challenge, we can’t wait to see you there ❤️

BIRMINGHAM BEGINNERS🤠 The weather's heating up, and so is the Low Places dancefloor 🔥

Every month you lot pack out the bar, bring the energy, and somehow make each beginner night bigger and better than the last. So on Thurs 16th July, we're heading back to Birmingham for another evening of dancing, laughs, and questionable attempts at remembering the footwork...

We’ll teach all the beginner dances step-by-step, throw in some all-level requests throughout the night, and keep the floor moving from start to finish. Whether it’s your first ever class or your fifth time back, you’ll fit right in.
