My final class! 🥹

No more sessions this year & Maternity Leave has officially now started! 🤩

I feel so full of love, gratitude & happiness as I say goodbye to the gym floor & begin my prep for baby girl to enter the world 🌍

It’s been some year! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it & starting this as a career 18 months ago was a bold & brave decision but one that had been a complete life changer!

Helping these women week in week out is the best feeling! Empowering them through that one hour & giving them that space to work out & put themselves first is more than just a job to me!

When will I return? To my classes it will be sooner than my PT clients but I really don’t have a date in mind. I’ll be seeing how both baby girl & I feel.

Thank you to my clients for sticking with me through a time that I thought “who’s gonna want a pregnant PT?!”

Thank you to those who STARTED with me knowing I was soon going off on maternity.

Thank you to ALL of you who have ever come to a class or PT session & invested your time & money into me - it means the world.

I’ve added every second of every session - you’re all incredible women & inspire me every time I see you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! 🤍🤍🤍

It’s about you just as much as it is them! We are forever putting out children first, which is absolutely okay…but this doesn’t mean neglecting you!

They’re back at school now, you’ve just had a very cute but demanding summer - the school holidays are no joke & I’m sure I will be in the thick of it next summer with my first time not having a little one in full time nursery!

But pleaseeeee don’t let the summer define the way you carry on…

YOU deserve some normality & some consistency!

I PROMISE you will feel SO much better if you implement these things.🤍

This isn’t to plug me - it’s to make sure you’re doing something you ENJOY but something that’s going to benefit you as a person, a partner, a friend, a sister, brother, work colleague & above all - MOTHER. Because I know you mums & I know you’re thinking of them still as you read this & you’re feeling guilty about even considering a little time for YOU doing something that will be amazing for you! ✨

Get on the walks, get the fresh air, prioritise the sleep you have WHEN you can get it. (I know what it’s like having a child who doesn’t sleep - I’m not gonna tell you how to parent!)

Eat the better foods, the things that FILL you up, not the snacks bits that leave you starving all day & make you survive off coffee, monsters & diet coke (I see you)…

Choose you - it doesn’t mean neglect everyone else, but prioritising you is a LIFE HACK! 🤩

You’ll be a better person, feel better, look better & your energy levels will be UP! ⚡️
