StayFit into your 50s & beyond.....

I have always had a passion for fitness from an early age & I have always looked after my health, running was something that I excelled at but then I found an abiding passion for weight lifting, along the way I learned Yoga & for the past year I have taught Tai Chi & Qigong as well as being a qualified Personal Instructor.

Sport & fitness can give you so many health benefits & also bring you self esteem & confidence, this far outweighs the idea of doing no exercise at all, not everybody has the same passion as myself towards fitness & I understand the first steps can be very daunting but even with no experience or very little fitness knowledge you will, overtime see that the positives far outweigh the negatives & I want to help you to succeed in your goal(s)

Exercise & meditation has become one of the best habits in my life.

I have sailed through another decade into my 50s with great mobility, strength & mindfulness. I aim to maintain an active lifestyle long into the future & want to help you do the same by bringing fitness & a healthy lifestyle to you.
