Raise the Knees Now we will show you some simple moves to increase your balance, and strengthen your legs. If you are balanced, you begin to be “grounded” and “rooted” in your health, your emotions and your mind. This gives you stability, resilience and relaxation of body and mind. These movements also help to develop the “Energy Paths” of your legs, as you will see in the next few days. When practising balance, always go at your own safe pace. Ideally stand where you can easily rest a hand against, or sit onto, a soft chair if you lose your balance. Last Full Moon, Dragon Year

The Wolf Moon will rise today near sunset. It will be positioned directly next to the Red Planet, Mars, the Warrior God. It will reach its peak around midnight (UTC and GMT).

Mars will come right to the edge of the lunar disc between 02:00 - 04:00 in the night.

This is a final peak of Yang energy before the Dragon Year ends.
