Tuesdays circuits are here.
A full body circuit to start the day done and dusted in less than 40min.
Begin with 5min steady aerobic warm up and mobility exercises.
Main session 20min.
Working on a 45 sec work - 15 sec recovery.
Exercise 1- med ball slams
Exercise 2- bunny hops
Exercise 3- indoor bike
Exercise 3- Highland toss
Exercise 4- sledge push
Exercise 5- indoor rower.
Repeat the session 4x through.
Followed by a 5min cooldown and stretch.

Superb effort from the mountain goat Jimmy today at the beautuful and brutal Helvellyn triathlon today.
Jimmy had comeback from a broken collar bone earlier in the season and smashed his first race back.
Awesome effort, great to see you back racing and a 2nd in his cat.

Set your goals high - you will grow into them
After watching a rocket launch recently, it re-engaged me into wanting to test and push my limits again and set some new goals.
Without goals, a plan and a support network how can we develop and progress in sport or in life.
This year I have been inspired and re motivated by watching all of our athletes push themselves to become the very best they can be.
Some have bounced back from operations and broken bones, transformed their bodies and smashed what they believed was previously possible in pursuing the very best out of themselves and honoured to have helped in their journey.
