Every second counts when someone suffers a cardiac arrest. Knowing how to respond can make all the difference.

Today is a reminder that CPR and knowing how to use an AED can help save a life. You never know when you might need these skills — but being prepared could make all the difference.

We’re proud that all of our staff are fully CPR and AED trained, giving our team the skills and confidence to act quickly in an emergency. 🫀⚡
