Well done to our juniors, working hard to improve their defence, reactions and movement as we build towards some upcoming interclubs! 💪

Our adults first half of our session focused on fitness, short striking rounds to push our cardio. 🥊 Second half we looked at our defence, movement and body positioning for sparring, helping to develop our skills, confidence and awareness. 🔥
