Don’t train for better physique, you’r going to be psychologically damage. Train for better fitness as it makes you not just physiologically healthier but also psychologically.

I’m not good in talking meaningful stuff. But, I should say it’s been such great privilege to be able to keep people motivated, believing themselves, helping to transform their body, becoming healthier and more importantly passing on the positive energy currency to their colleagues, member of family, friends and relatives.
I’m going carry on as this is what I was born for.

It has classically been used in India for nearly 5,000 years for conditions such as:

A bit about Cortisol
Cortisol is known as a stress hormone given that your adrenal glands release it in response to stress, as well as when your blood sugar levels get too low.
Unfortunately, in some cases, cortisol levels may become chronically elevated, which can lead to high blood sugar levels and increased fat storage in the abdomen.
In one study in chronically stressed adults, those who supplemented with ashwagandha had significantly greater reductions in cortisol, compared with the control group. Those taking the highest dose experienced a 30% reduction, on average.
