Due to a serious knee injury to coach Jordan & him needing surgery early next week, we have no choice but to cancel our plans of running our VZN Coaching soccer camp at Monton AFC.

📄 Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate young coach to join our team, who is eager to learn and develop their skill in a professional setting with experienced senior coaches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and leading training sessions, developing and implementing coaching strategies, and motivating and inspiring players to reach their full potential. The coach will work closely with players to enhance their skills, develop their confidence & progress their overall football development.

🔴 Responsibilities:
● Lead & Deliver Team Training Session every evening.
● Lead & Deliver 121s, 221s, Groups & Position specific Masterclasses
● Run & deliver holiday camps
● Plan and conduct engaging and effective training sessions
● Develop personalized coaching plans for individual players
● Analyze players' performance and provide constructive feedback
● Support players in setting and achieving their goals
● Promote a positive and inclusive team environment

⚫️ Requirements:
● Previous coaching experience or working towards an FA or UEFA licensed badge.
● Strong knowledge of football techniques, strategies, and individual development.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
● Ability to motivate and inspire players
● Coaching certification is preferred but not required.
