Every woman is different.
Different body.
Different lifestyle.
Different goals.
Different starting point.
So why would the exact same plan work for everyone?
A coach isn’t just someone who gives you a training plan and tells you what to eat.
Good coaching is knowing when to push you, when to pull you back, what needs changing and what doesn’t.
It’s understanding that your plan needs to work around your actual life — not the other way around.
It’s teaching you why you’re doing what you’re doing, so you’re not reliant on your coach forever.
Because sometimes you don’t need another plan.
You need someone to call you out, someone to give you a kick up the arse, someone to hold you to a higher standard,
To keep you focused when motivation disappears, and remind you what you’re actually capable of
Meet Cerise✨
Heaviest she’s ever been BUT
The strongest
Having the most muscle and definition
The healthiest
The most confident
Achieved things like hiking Snowdon, her first photoshoot and lifting more than her body weight.
And a woman who now doesn’t give a f**k about the scales
Meet Zara ✨
Lost over 20kg
Gone from never prioritising herself, hair falling out from stress, feeling unhappy and avoiding pictures
To feeling the strongest she’s ever felt, wearing tight clothing to show her physique, feeling proud of herself and gained her confidence
Achieved things like hiking Snowdon and photoshoots.
Meet Amy✨
The absolute GOAT of the team
From feeling overwhelmed with not knowing what to do or what was right, hating her reflection and never really lifting weights.
To losing 10kg, finding her spark, wearing colours and feeling f**king confident… not to mention the amount of muscle she now has
Achieving things like 2 fitness competitions, hiking Ben Nevis and Snowdon alongside doing photoshoots and everything in between.

Our 1 year anniversary ✨
Yes, you read that right…
Michelle has been with me for a whole YEAR.
And yes, she’s lost over 23kg.
But when you look at a before & after, you don’t see the 12 months of hard work behind it.
You don’t see the days she couldn’t be bothered but still trained.
The meals she planned.
The habits she built.
The times progress felt slow.
The effort it took to keep showing up.
You just see the picture.
And this is what people forget…
Results take time.
From avoiding pictures 👉🏼 to wanting them taken.
From hiding in baggy clothes 👉🏼 to wearing clothes she never thought she would.
From never stepping foot in a gym 👉🏼 to training twice a week completely by herself.
From never lifting weights 👉🏼 to squatting 50kg and hip thrusting 70kg+.
This didn’t happen in 8 weeks.
It happened because she committed for 12 months.
Your problem isn’t that you need another quick fix.
You need to stop expecting a life-changing result in a matter of weeks.
If you want long-term results, you have to treat this like a lifestyle.
Not something you do for 8 weeks and then stop.
The picture is the result.
The work is everything you don’t see.
I couldn’t be prouder.

Achieving your best physique can genuinely change your life.
There, I said it.
And before anyone says *“it’s not all about how you look”*… of course it isn’t.
But after working with 100s of women, I’ve watched what happens when they finally start feeling good in their own body.
You hold yourself to a higher standard.
You show up differently.
You feel confident.
You wear the clothes you actually want to wear instead of hiding in the same oversized outfits.
You stop avoiding photos.
You stop saying *“no, I’ll get in the next one.”*
You stop missing out on memories because you’re worried about how you look.
You walk into a room without constantly thinking about what everyone else is thinking of you.
And the best part?
It’s rarely just about the physique.
It’s about proving to yourself that you can commit to something, show up for yourself and become the woman you said you wanted to be.
That confidence spills into everything else.
Your relationships. Your career. Your social life. The way you carry yourself.
So no, getting in your best shape isn’t going to magically fix your entire life...
But don’t underestimate what can happen when you finally start feeling good about yourself.
But it all starts with you.
Stop saying, and start doing.
You deserve to feel this way ✨

This is what my coaching stands for
Confident
Happy
Healthy
Strong
And sexy women.
This is what I wish more women realised about coaching…
Yes, you join because you want to
lose weight
Build muscle.
Feel confident.
Actually like what you see in the mirror.
But somewhere along the way, it becomes about so much more than that.
It’s the girls in the group chat cheering you on.
It’s having people who get it.
It’s turning up to events, workouts and challenges and realising you’re surrounded by women who were once strangers… but now feel like your people.
It’s pushing yourself a little harder because you know you’ve got a coach in your corner and a group of women rooting for you.
No judgement.
No having to be the “perfect” client.
No feeling like you have to do this all on your own.
Just a group of women all working on themselves, all at different stages, but all wanting to become stronger, more confident and happier in themselves.
And honestly?
That is the kind of coaching environment I’ve always wanted to create.
A place where you get the results.
But you also gain confidence.
You try new things.
You push yourself outside your comfort zone.
You meet people.
You become part of something.
Because getting results is great…
But doing it alongside a group of women who genuinely want to see you win?
That hits different.
And if you’re watching this thinking, “I want to be part of that”..
Maybe it’s time you stopped trying to do it all on your own..
