Meet Amy✨

The absolute OG of the business

Amy’s been with me over 3 years now which is incredible and what a journey it’s been

Amy came to me after getting to the point of feeling fed up, frustrated and sad

Constantly going around in circles, never seeing any progress and hating what she saw in the mirror.

We’ve seen Amy go from

Unconfident, no shape, no muscle, complete controlled by her PCOS

To doing 2 photoshoots, 2 fitness comps, multiple hiking adventures and loosing over 10kg

Not to mentioned the confidence she’s gained and the difference in her physique.

The new woman that she is today.

This client thought she just needed more discipline to achieve what she wanted..

But in actual fact she needed support, structure and someone to actually help her break the cycle she was stuck in.

When she came to me she was constantly burnt out, injured and frustrated.

Living off coffee and pre workout just to get through

Stress was so high she barely ate, no hunger cues and replacing meals with caffeine or biscuits..

(Thinking she could survive off that, it’s now a running joke)

And every time life got stressful? The f**k it button got hit.

Gym consistency would disappear
Motivation would be gone
And so would her confidence

Prior to coaching she’d spent time in a ‘building phase’ to build shape

But results in no progress, feeling uncomfortable and not liking what she saw in the mirror

A few months later?
✅ no longer relying on caffeine
✅ managing stress
✅ eating double the calories but looking the leanest
✅strength has majorly increased from 0kg to 60kg in hip thrusts
✅ sized up in work clothes because of her quads and glutes 👏

This has been such an amazing journey to watch.

She’s a better version of herself

Proof that everyone starts somewhere

You say its not the right time

You say ‘maybe when’

Everyone starts somewhere

And I think that’s the bit you’re struggling to see

You see people in front of you who are strong, confident and maybe have what you want.

But not seeing where they started

I was once a beginner, I had no idea what I was doing

I had no confidence and hated being in front of camera

But I did it anyway

If there’s something you want to achieve you have to prove to yourself you can do it and you will put the work in.

You can’t say you want the result if you’re not willing to do the work

If you’re not willing to fail

Or be a beginner.
