The Charity Bike Shop, Manchester

There’s still plenty of rides and runs left for a lot of people this season, so great news that our wonderful supporters at Science in Sport - SiS have restocked our supplies of performance and recovery products at the shop! - The Beta fuel is genuinely awesome, easy to eat/drink and you feel like you’ve been given an extra fuel tank to tap into! Come get some!

When our friend Paul Davy takes a sabbatical from work to ride off-road, self supporting across Iceland in aid of CFC, we want to back him as much as we can. And since we had some Science in Sport - SiS beta fuel left from and friends Edinburgh to Manchester fundraiser we were able to help him fuel his epic challenge! Good luck Paul, and thanks again Science in Sport - SiS and all the others who’ve got behind him and this project! Stay safe buddy! ❤️

Go Ricky! Huge shout out to Ricky who is currently in training for the three peaks challenge in September, (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon), plus the 450 mile cycle in between! Ricky is fundraising for CFC and YLVC, following his son Albie being diagnosed with leukaemia in March this year. Albie is pictured on his CFC bike which he is loving and giving dad plenty of encouragement!

It may look like just a pile of bikes, but there are some amazing donations in there! We get so many kind donations of really high quality bikes, thanks to all our local supporters. Every bike will be refurbished and on the shop floor soon ready to purchase and get people into cycling at a reasonable price! - and as always, all proceeds help us help more children with cancer. ❤️

On hearing about what Cyclists Fighting Cancer does, they all wanted to donate their bikes to help fundraising despite going through some of the toughest times themselves.
