No Karate at. Nakashi Parrswood Karate School tomorrow due to the school having an event on so we are celebrating the time off with a BBQ 😎 back to normal training on Tuesday 🥋👊

Our students are training hard this week as we have some on the Dan Grading this Sunday, all the hard work on the run up is paying off, there looking sharp and ready 👊🥋

A fantastic open course in Yorkshire today, thanks Mark for arranging, we had a fab turn out so thank you all for attending and supporting the association, we are very grateful 🙏👊🥋
