Dancing traditional Mexican Folk is physically demanding and warming up is key to avoid injuries. Stretching and increasing the heart rate help the body to get ready for dancing and executing. The Manchester Mexican Folk Group is grateful for having a group of enthusiastic dancers. Thank you guys. Paulina Wright, Viridiana Alonso Lara, Arturo Jimenez
