Leaving at - Run starts at 6:40pm

Lovely run round Wythenshawe park yesterday evening and the club kit looked awesome.

A bit disappointed that there wasn’t a where’s walley or Dennis the menace shout from the general public 🤣

What a month July was! A little bit behind on our Instagram posts so thought we’d drop a load that hadn’t been posted.

Most sessions are generally around the 5 mile mark.

Visits to both & Wythenshawe parkrun this morning. Great to see the kit at other events.
