Aikido Alive UK's head teacher Bjorn Saw Sensei (5 dan Aikikai) has one of the longest experiences of traditional Iwama Takemusu Aikido in the UK, having begun his Aikido training in 1974 with Saito Sensei's then representative in Europe, Takeji Tomita Shihan (7 dan) at Takemusu Aikido Scandinavia in Stockholm, Sweden. Dear Aikidoka/Budoka π₯ we have the pleasure of hosting Sensei Bjorn Saw (5th Dan Aikikai) for a small in-house (beginner-to-intermediate level very informal) seminar in Manchester. 13th April 11:00-18:00 . All practicing students from Manchester Met π§‘π and University of Manchester π are welcome (Non-club members Β£10). All guest insured practitioners are welcome (Β£25). Please contact us in advance if you are not an MMU Iwama Aikido Club or UoM Aikibudo Club member to let us know you are coming and discuss/send evidence of insurance.
