I didn't think I would be saying this at the end of the weekend.....but that's 3 for 3 πŸ†πŸ

Cadwell Park has always been my favourite circuit to drive but, historically, it's never been a successful track for me. I went into this round thinking it would be a case of trying to keep around the top pack and play damage limitation. However I think I've well and truly proved myself wrong by taking pole in qualifying and leading every single lap.

I couldn't do this without the team and support I have around me. From the team, the mechanics and my sponsors, to my fiance, family and friends watching both at the track and at home, I am so grateful for you all. I especially want to thank Craig and Dara McInerney and Scott Wright, your advice, help and mentorship has been invaluable in turning my season around.

Today has been a good day. Put it on pole in qualifying, won race one and took fastest lap πŸ†

Couldn't ask for more. Cadwell Park has always been my favourite circuit to drive and today it has been good to me.

3 for 3 πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†

It's been a couple of years since I've been able to say that and boy does it feel good! What a weekend: pole, three wins and even a fastest lap in that final race.

Thank you to everyone for their support, I couldn't do this without the team I have around me. Thank you to Mazda Development for giving me the opportunity to represent the programme. Thank you to Thermal Road Repairs Ltd and Lucky Dips Competitions for their sponsorship, meaning I can get out there in the first place. Thank you to my fantastic mechanic Mr Transit, my dad Ian and PAUL SHEARD for looking after the car. Thanks to James Roberts Photography for the stunning pictures, as always. Lastly, thanks goes to my fiance Sophie Pulcella for running all of my social media, reminding me to eat and keeping me grounded ❀️

Another race, another P1 πŸ‘Œ

That was a hard fought battle and it was certainly a fight to come across the line in first, but it all came good in the end 🏁

P1 πŸ†

The good results continue and I managed to convert a pole position start to bring it home over the line in first place. That drive felt like I'd found the old me again, keeping it cool and calm, even when I dropped down to P3. It feels good to be back.

Shout out to the smallest members of team SF Racing: my (future) nephews Link and Ozzie. Mazda maniacs in the making ❀️

What a day. That's round three of the BRSCC Mazda MX-5 Championship complete at Donington Park and what 180 it has been from yesterday's events!

After struggling in qualifying and race 1, today definitely has been onwards and upwards. In today's first race I came from P6 to fight my way up to P2 and was happy to be starting race 3 from the front row. A mega launch from the lights put me out in front and the defensive game was on. With six cars in the lead pack by the end of the race and some chopping and changing for the lead, it was nail biting stuff.....

But it all came good and I fought for that top step of the podium, bringing it home in P1 πŸ† 🏁

Glad to be back.
