As we close out another awesome year together, a huge thank you to each of you for making our club so incredible. Your presence and dedication shape this community into something truly special, and we're honoured to witness everyone's growth. Jiu Jitsu isn't just about the techniques; it's about the bonds we create and the continuous journey of self-improvement.

As the holiday season unfolds, we know it's not all tinsel and cheer for everyone. The colder days and longer nights can sometimes take a toll on our mental well-being. If you ever need someone to talk to, help is just a call or text away. Whether it's reaching out to your GP or dialing 999 in an emergency, don't hesitate.

We found a list of services online and will share in the comments below—they're there for you. Remember, you're not alone, and there are people, including friends and family, ready to support you. Here's to an amazing year ahead filled with love, joy, and, of course, plenty of Jiu Jitsu.
