Welcome to Team Mint, Josh Farrington and Paul Egerton!

🏠 Josh joins as In-house Valuer, bringing more than 10 years’ experience across property valuation, acquisitions and development appraisal.

🤝 Paul joins as Development Underwriter, bringing more than 40 years’ experience in financial and customer services, including specialist lending, risk assessment and relationship management.

Their arrival brings property insight and credit expertise closer together, helping us address questions earlier, assess opportunities and identify potential challenges as applications progress throughout the life of the loan.

As we prepare for 2027 and beyond, we’re investing in the people and processes that help us deliver for brokers and borrowers.
