14 years, it’s been a blast! But now it’s time for us all to Move Forward!

We would like to thank all our players and staff, past and present, for making and being part of the MIFA family over the past 14 years!

We would like to wish everyone good luck for the future, keep moving forward, our door is now closed.

Monday 18th August 2025 is an open training day at the academy- meet the team/ staff, join in with training, tour the facilities and find out more about becoming a MIFA player. If you’re aged 14+ and interested in joining one of our courses, you’re welcome to attend. Message/ email us today to book your place! 🤝

As we get to the beginning of the 2025/26 season- it’s time to reflect on the season past and start planning for the season ahead. We’ve lots to look forward to, with pre-season starting at the beginning of August 💪 we’re looking forward to welcoming this years squad! This last season, we had over 100 enrolments for the team and over 30 different nationalities were welcomed into the MIFA family- we can’t wait to see who’s next to join our team ✨

Congratulations to Plamen and Kevin on completion of their full season and 8 week course, respectively. Both have been an asset to the academy and a pleasure to have as part of team. Their dedication and determination to improve has been excellent and an example all. We are excited to watch their continued development 🌟💫

Calling all aspiring football stars 📣

Join us for our annual Trial Match on Thursday 17th April - where talent meets opportunity. Showcase your skills on the pitch with competitive play, receive expert coaching and the chance to impress club representatives.

Spaces are open to players aged 14+. Contact the office to enquire about an invite. Successful applicants shall pay £50 for the trial game. The match is based at the academy home- Salford Sports Village, M7 3NQ arrival from 10am.

Congratulations to Kaelen on completion of his 6 week course 🎉 it’s been a pleasure to have you as part of the team, your dedication and commitment to improve, with a relaxed, can do attitude, has been refreshing and inspiring! Kaelen even played with a local semi pro team during his time with us whilst training, furthering his development and understanding of English football! Wishing you all the best 💪✨🇨🇦
