Here is the best advice you can take onto the floor: 𝐑𝐮𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞. You cannot control what your opponents do, you can only control your own effort, your own focus, and your own spirit. Block out the noise, trust your training, and give every single second everything you’ve got. 💪🏆
