It may have been a grey, rainy day yesterday, but I stepped foot inside for the first time since March 2020 to teach our wonderful Lowry CAT students. It was bright, it was energetic, we had a real life musician & we’re getting used to communicating properly again... no more Zoom ‘thumbs up’. I can hear the students breathe once more 🥰. Feel pretty overwhelmed today, so much to think about yesterday that I maybe didn’t stop to take in the occasion. Vaccine ‘hangover’ is maybe contributing! Miss being with all my colleagues & the building being that bustling hive of activity, but we’re getting there, bringing the creativity back, one dance step at a time. 🌟

I completed the wonderful pregnancy course over Zoom this weekend! Of course, now, the female body seems even more overwhelmingly incredible 🤰!!! So fantastic to be able to continue training & developing skills during this crazy time. A huge thank you to Lynne Robinson & for their breadth of knowledge, wisdom & inspiration 🙌. I always come away from these courses feeling more empowered and ready to work with clients with confidence... testament to the fantastic training BCP provide! Now to compete the workbook for my qualification!

Happy Pilates Day 2020! Celebrating 5 years of teaching Pilates this year, having qualified with in 2015 🙌. Lockdown has made me jump straight out of my comfort zone, videoing & Zooming... Not at patch on live studio teaching but grateful to still be able to connect & teach! I am constantly humbled by my clients loyalty, patience (when my laptop dies 🤦🏼♀️ or they can’t see me...) resilience and love of moving well 🥰. Once you discover the wonder of Pilates, you don’t look back! 🌟
