We're back tonight at 6pm for another hour of online Drone Yoga. HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE CLASS:
1. Find a quiet place in your house with a yoga mat or other surface that will allow you to grip the floor easily.
2. Set-up your computer in a space that you’ll be able to easily see from your mat.

This NTS show has a really nice guided meditation included in the show. If you’re wanting to try going a little deeper into the meditation part of the class I’d recommend putting on some headphones and trying this one. May make you giggle a little at first but that’s all part of the process.
