TIMETABLE UPDATE AS OF FEBRUARY❗️

Our updated timetable will be live from February

Due classes have been super busy, we’ve now split the mixed-level adults sessions into:

➡️ Beginner / Intermediate
➡️ Advanced

This is so we can provide better quality coaching, more tailored sessions, and the right pace for everyone, whether you’re building foundations or training for a fight 🔥

Due to this some of the Kids/Junior classes are slightly earlier, we hope this works well for everyone 🙏

Please note for the Women’s Only Beginner Course:
Our first one will be announced shortly. This runs separately from memberships and will be as and when dates are announced

🥊 Training Kit
As the gym continues to grow, it’s important students invest in their own kit. (Gloves, Shinpads, Mouthguard) Please try to be as prepared for sessions as possible. Our club T-shirts and Shorts are also available for order.
