Thanks to some free from I've been trying these sports drinks with added 's.
Taste very nice.
So important to look after the stomach.
It's a second little brain.
Interesting fact of the day:

Today's stretching before training
Day 2
All positions worked for 60 seconds each leg:
Butt Kicks
Seated leg extension left/right
Side lunges
Calf raises
Single leg side swings left/right
Tie touch forward bends
Seated on floor bend forward at waist and touch toes
Downward facing dog
Kneeling lunge left/right leg forward
Kneeling hamstring stretch left/right leg forward
Lying supine hamstring stretch left/right leg
Splits left leg/right leg forward

NO......

NO.....
Have I ever had a problem ?
NO......
Have I ever had a problem kicking at all?
NO.....
But.......I AM 😭
And, I have also NEVER BEEN ABLE TO DO A FULL .
It isn't something that I thought was that important, I could get really close. Close enough that I wasn't that bothered to really try to get any further. It didn't make enough of a difference to my training to devote time to it.
Natural flexibility is a wonderful thing!
So I have decide to make a change.
A 30 day CHALLENGE to achieve a full split.
I will post daily with a mix of routines, pictures and video.
