👋🏼 Hello! Firstly, I’d like to thank you for following my page, I’m thrilled to have you here at This Mum Can.

ABOUT ME:
I’m Lauren, mum of 2 boys Albie 3 and Sonny 1, with almost 10 years experience within the fitness industry. My objective is to empower women of all abilities, mums and mums-to-be, through personal training and Pilates. By combining the following services, I provide a comprehensive fitness experience that caters to a wide range of needs and fitness levels from my brand new home studio in Boothstown, Manchester.

🤰🏻 SPECIALIST IN PRE & POST NATAL EXERCISE:
I specialise in creating safe and effective exercise programs for women during and after pregnancy and work closely with specialists such as Pelvic Health Physios and Osteopaths, ensuring you receive the full level of care during this exciting time!

🩰 MAT & REFORMER PILATES:
I offer Pilates sessions that can be performed on the mat (1:1 and 2:1 basis) and reformer (1:1 basis). Pilates is known for its focus on core strength, flexibility and overall body conditioning. Your classes include:

Mat Pilates: Utilising body weight and minimal equipment to perform exercises that enhance core stability, improved posture and flexibility.

Reformer Pilates: Using my brand new Align Pilates reformer to provide resistance and support, allowing for a wider range of exercises that target various muscle groups. This method is excellent for building strength, improving alignment and overall fitnsss.
