Simon handles all of our gym inductions, so he'll walk you through everything at your own pace. Got a question about a machine, form, or even where to start? He's always happy to help.🌟

International learn to swim week day 7 - Open water

Open water can be very fun such as the sea, but it can be very dangerous.

According to the RLSS Over 1,600 people have accidentally drowned in the UK and Ireland in the last 5 years.

With summer approaching we know its very tempting to cool off and have a swim but you need to take precautions.💦

Check the signs and make sure it is a designated swimming area, wear appropriate swim wear and always tell people where you are going.
