Fuelwatchuk is based on the same concept as the hugely successful “pub watch” scheme.
The core principle being that if the driver of a vehicle has not paid for their fuel at a previous forecourt, then attempts to obtain fuel from another forecourt running our system they will be refused until such a time when they have paid the full amount owed, this will prevent the same vehicle re-offending. The way we do this is with our bespoke online database which can be searched in real time
and returns results instantaneously via either the manual entry system or the A.N.P.R linked system. This does not just apply to people who drive off without even attempting to pay but also applies to the ones that say they have no means to pay (left wallet or purse at home) and fill in the form and then never return to pay, with our system they can only do this once. We supply a set of forms, pump stickers and window stickers free of charge with subscription and additional sets can be purchased from our website at low cost. Here at Fuel Watch UK we believe there is strength in numbers, it’s easier to fight back when there’s more on your side. I believe that our system has a lot to offer both in helping to prevent fuel theft and also recovering your losses. You can also enter all your back log of drive off’s and no means of payment debts as far back as you have records for, so in theory it started working for you as far back as you have paperwork for.
