I’m so ready to smash July ⭐️. New month, new goals it’s our last full day here in Turkey 🇹🇷 and we going on another boat ⛴️ this time it’s a party 🎊 boat 🙌🙌🙌🙌 then home tomorrow. What is Zumba Gold?
All the fun of dancing and getting fit, but without any high impact moves or strenuous routines.
Zumba Gold is aimed at those new to exercise, and those over 50. Post op or Post natal.
Routines can be adapted to suit all fitness levels.
If you are thinking of joining a dance-based exercise class but want something relaxed and suitable for beginners, Zumba Gold is for you! Classes are held on Monday and Thursday at 9.15am only £4.00 a session at St.Clements Church Hall. Manor Avenue, Urmston.

Zumba Gold is back tomorrow 9.15am at St.Clements Church Hall..tell everyone you think maybe interested, Mums, Aunties, Uncles Nanas, sisters brothers etc etc.. its a brilliant class, not as fast as our usual Zumba but still just as much fun!! We have a lovely coffee morning straight after class ☕️
