2025/26 ✅

It’s been a busy year, with some unbelievable opportunities and experiences throughout, achieving some of my dreams before i’ve even turned 18 is something i’ll always be grateful for. ❤️

Throughout the 25/26 season I have had the great opportunities to:

- Develop my coaching skills by coaching the U7 and U8’s age groups at my local grassroots club
- Complete work experience with the Football Education department of Manchester City
- Complete my UEFA C Licence
- Assist on 2 weekends
- Secure a summer contract with at the Global Coaching Conference
- Became a Community Coach for
- Complete 30 hours of coaching within a Spanish Speaking school 🇪🇸
- Have a UEFA C ‘Day in the Life’ filmed by the FA about my journey in coaching
- Start coaching at local private academy,

I have genuinely learnt so much throughout the season and it has definitely shaped me as a coach, being able to get on the grass and consistently build on my coaching hours has massively improved me as a coach and person. ⚽️

A big summer ahead in the States, where I can’t wait to apply the learning i’ve took from back home and take it in my stride across the world, in a complete different setting. 👊

Friday night, this team did something special, winning their first ever tournament 🏆

A proud moment that reflects so much more than the result. It is built on hard work, commitment, and everything put in both on and off the pitch.

From day one, the talent was there. The main focus for me as a coach was turning individual talent into a team effort.

Bringing together a group of talented individuals and helping them grow into a great team meant setting clear standards that everybody understood:
• Hard work beats talent when talent does not work hard
• Work for each other, not just yourselves
• Encourage and lift your teammates
• Stay positive, especially in challenging moments
• Be coachable and open to learning
• Most importantly, enjoy the game and play with a smile

This win shows how far they have come in mindset and togetherness 🧠

Absolutely delighted to say i’ll be heading over to the United States as a summer coach for . ⚽️🇺🇸

I have known this since the Global Coaching Conference back in November which is a great opportunity to allow students like myself, to coach abroad.

I am looking forward to the experience of living in a different country and doing the thing I love, which is coaching.

It will be a unique opportunity compared to my previous coaching experience abroad however I hope that my previous experiences can help me adjust to life in America and hit the ground running! 🇺🇸

Earlier this month, me and a few other Brighouse students had the incredible opportunity to visit St George’s Park; home of all the England Football national teams. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

This trip included a tour of all the facilities available at St George’s Park as well as interesting information about how the players set-up and their routines whilst on international duty. 🌎

It also included a UEFA A Licenced session as part of the experience, this was great to play in and was enjoyable. However, it was also a great opportunity to magpie pieces of information and learn from a higher quality coach such as:

- The clarity in his coaching points, very clear of what he wanted to see
- The fast adaptations to his practices based on ability and player numbers
- Session flowed freely and practices linked together well

Overall, it was a great experience to see the world class facilities at St George’s Park and I am very grateful for the opportunity. ❤️

I have thoroughly enjoyed the past 4 months of learning and development which I feel I have improved as a coach massively and incorporated the learning from the classroom onto the grass effectively.

I am now looking forward to the upcoming months and enhancing my learning further and gaining more experience coaching at a UEFA C Standard. 👌⚽️
