Hi all, we will be hosting another training session this Sunday, the 21st of November. This will be held at Fighting Fit from 12 pm (2 Millow St, Manchester M4 4DR). Rather than usual commercial gyms, this is powerlifting specific and a great atmosphere. This is an amazing opportunity to train with a highly motivated and talented society (we have a WPC 2021 World Champion training with us). There will be time for form tips, beginning training groups, programming question, and competition advice. Thanks to everyone who came to the social tonight! Exciting to see everyone enthusiastic about the society! Three bullet points:
> If you talked to Jacob about group training then expect an email tomorrow with details. Basically if you signed up for Friday at 12:00 or Saturday at 14:00 those are confirmed, the others we (I) have to check and get back to you. If you're coming to one of these then please use the link below to sign up for a club membership.
> We will be making an instagram group chat and a new facebook group chat. The instagram group chat is live, and I will make the facebook one now. Please just message us here or on ig if you want to be added.
