All you can ask for as a Personal Trainer from a client who wants more!

I may not be able to pull down a helicopter like Captain America but Iβd like to think Iβm working towards it with the Chin-up Pyramid sets....up to 7 was obtained today but it was a struggle π Building up the strength and muscle with week by week and I canβt believe the progress and difference Iβm seeing over the past 4 months. Along with other aspects in life everything is building up nicely!
